Restricted Items
What we will not source under any circumstance.
Firearms, ammunition, or tactical weaponry
We do not source any weapon-related products, including parts, accessories, or replicas.
Food, drinks, supplements, or any type of consumable
This includes packaged goods, beverages, vitamins, and anything intended for human or animal consumption.
Large equipment (400+ lbs), heavy machinery, or vehicles
Oversized freight, industrial machinery, and automotive units are outside our logistics scope.

Refund Policy
All product orders and shipments are governed by the factory's policies and, where applicable, Alibaba's Trade Assurance. Trade Assurance protects your order if it is not shipped on time, goes missing, or arrives with discrepancies or defects. However, Trade Assurance claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the platform and are not guaranteed. We strongly advise ordering a 10% overage of your required quantity to account for inevitable minor damages during international shipping.
Please note: There are strictly no refunds for any of Prismatic Sourcing's service fees (including Market Research fees, Retainers, and final procurement fees), as these compensate for time, research, and labor already rendered.
Terms of Service
Prismatic Sourcing acts strictly as a buyer's agent and sourcing intermediary. As part of our proprietary business model, factory identities, direct communications, and direct payment information remain confidential. This information is only released to the client once a project is formally locked in and the final procurement fee is paid.
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel requests that fall under our 'Restricted Items' list. By submitting a sourcing request, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that Prismatic Sourcing is not liable for manufacturing delays or third-party shipping damages beyond the scope of factory negotiations.
